I'm Being taken to court to pay someone elses insurance excess

I have also left a message in the being taken to court forum regarding this subject. My father in law has had a leak from his toilet cistern. It was only a drip leak and was fixed the same day. There was no damage to his flat, but the neighbour below had some minimal damage to there wall. They have claimed to have this fixed on there insurance, but have taken my father inlaw to court to get him to pay their insurance excess. Does anyone know if there is any law that says my father should pay someone elses excess.

On next day ( Wednesday) we looked better in it because air conditioning didn't work and we discover the vehicle was reconfigured from right hand side to left hand side (not really properly). We told him we want to take to Europe (Slovakia) and if the car is reconfigured we can not registrate ihe vehicle there. Straight after discover it we called him about that and he said he will come to pick up the car and give us refund on Saturday. He didn't come and his mobiles are switched of.

Food poisoning can be fatal, so you owe it yourself and others to complain about this.

Very annoying when you have been promised a table or a certain spot in the restaurant for special occasion and then are let down.

We have all be served slop after paying good money at one point or another. It is probably a good idea to make a verbal complaint at the resterant at the time and then follow up with this letter quickly afterwards if requried.
